30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests made within 30 days after you receive your item.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, return-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items specifically marked as non-returnable cannot be returned. Contact us if you have questions about whether your item qualifies.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to complete an approved return and place a separate order for the replacement.
